INTERNAL RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT - HEALTHCARE
An exciting opportunity exists for an Internal Recruitment Consultant to join a leading retailer based in Leeds.

BENEFITS:
Salary c.£28,000 per annum depending on experience

DUTIES INVOLVED IN THIS VACANCY:
*Managing the end to end recruitment activities, directly sourcing technical talent to ensure the successful delivery of the highest quality of candidates.
*Actively building talent pipelines for future requirements.
*Ensuring you meet headcount requirements set by the business by delivering an excellent recruitment service.
*Identifying and developing the best sourcing strategies with the support of the recruitment team, while managing the balance of direct, referral and agency candidates.
*Building effective and credible relationships with your key stakeholders across multiple locations.
*Accurately producing management information reports on candidate pipelines, hire data and various other ad-hoc reports.
*Working closely with the wider HR team to ensure the best possible candidate experience.
*Participate in the agency supplier review process.
*Attention to detail, with experience in working with MS Office applications such as Excel.
*A team player with a flexible and supportive approach.

THE CANDIDATE:
*Successful track record of directly sourcing industry related healthcare candidates.
*Experience in pro-actively sourcing candidates and managing external suppliers and direct candidates, which will require excellent candidate management skills.
*Strong customer facing skills with evidence of proven ability to build trusted recruitment relationships with senior line managers.
*A good understanding of the Optometry, Healthcare or pharmaceutical industries
