Job Description

An exciting opportunity exists for an Internal Sales Account Manager within a leading manufacturer of construction products based in their newly refurbished offices in Leicester.

Basic Salary of £20,000 - £25,000 per annum

The main purpose of the role will be to manage an existing client base with a view to maximising other opportunities within these accounts to increase spend. The role is office-based and is a key front-end position in ensuring the company's high service standard is maintained. It involves receiving enquiries, processing orders and arranging deliveries as well as managing and developing a portfolio of existing accounts. You will also be responsible for identifying leads and following up new enquiries.

*Experience within an internal sales environment and dealing with customers, preferably in a business-to-business environment.
*Good communicator (both verbally and written) with strong inter-personal skills
*Achievement of set sales budgets
*Motivated with excellent organisational skills and can-do attitude.
*Knowledge of the construction/distribution/ building services sector
*Ability to work within a team and as an individual
*Good PC skills and knowledge of Sage 200 software and CRM systems would be an advantage
