Job Description

INTERNAL SALES COORDINATOR
An exciting opportunity exists for an Internal Sales Coordinator within a growing company based in Coalville.

BENEFITS:
Basic Salary up to £23,000 per annum depending on experience

We are looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator with a strong customer focus is required to join a newly created team.

DUTIES INVOLVED IN THIS VACANCY:
*Accurately raising price indicators and formal quotations
*Logging quotation statistics for reporting purposes and feeding back to the line manager
*Monitoring quote conversion rates
*Managing/processing orders from receipt through to delivery
*Liaising with factories, customers and internal department
*Ensuring final invoice prices are correct on all orders
*Providing office based support for customer queries including basic technical advice
*Dealing with inbound calls to the department
*Occasionally attend meetings with customers and clients both at the office and on-site

THE CANDIDATE:
*Self-motivated, enthusiastic and organised, able to work alone and as part of a team
*Strong clear communicator, with excellent verbal and written skills
*Experienced working in a customer facing role
*Strong time management and planning skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise
*Ability to work accurately and efficiently with pricing and technical data
*Flexibility to adapt to changes in workload
*Able to demonstrate good working IT skills (Outlook, Word, Excel) and ability to learn in- house systems
*Able to demonstrate technical ability to read drawings, product schedules and tender documents
