Job Description

INTERNAL SALES EXECUTIVE
Ambitious, Expanding, Forward thinking. Are these some of the attributes you have and wish your current Company had? Well my client is all three of those and more, they are looking for an Internal Sales Advisor to match the companies Ambition and growth.

The successful candidate is expected to have a proven track record of internal sales and supports in a B2B sales environment. There is high potential for the successful candidate to grow with the company to develop the career direction. In return the Internal Sales Executive will be offered a fabulous basic salary and a performance related bonus.

Benefits
*Salary: £20-24K
*Bonus: performance-related bonus
*Holiday: Initially 21 days (excluding bank holidays); increasing by 1 day per annum for every year served to a maximum of 25 days

The responsibilities
*Research, develop and maintain Sales Database
*Telemarketing - create new relevant opportunities and good quality appointments
*Manage the CRM and ensure it is kept up to date
*Assist in quotation, following up of quotes and leads
*Support the NBD sales member
*Build rapport with longer term prospects and build up a meaningful pipeline
*Coordinate the sale process internally - including proposal, estimating and presentations
*Provision of additional support and duties to the business as needed.

Skills and Experience
*Previous experience within a similar internal B2B sales role
*Have a consultative approach to progressing and closing sales
*Have a confident and professional telephone manner
*Able to work on target and to the deadlines
*Be target driven and tenacious
*Be hungry with a desire to progress
*Be a good administrator with attention to the details
