Job Description

Are you looking for new career as Supply Chain Assistant? Due to the creation of a new role, a business based near Loughborough now have the full time requirement for a strong administration skills.

No experience needed!!!

To attract only the very best of candidates, a Temporary assignment of only 2 weeks will apply, with a Permanent offer to be considered after successful completion. This will enable the successful applicant to gauge a good working knowledge of the working environment, as well as be inducted into a fast paced company.

You can expect to be involved with all aspects of Administration including a high level of data input within complex spreadsheets.

DUTIES INVOLVED IN THIS VACANCY:

Processing sales and supplier invoices
High levels of data inputting
Liaising with the delivery drivers, carriers
Dealing with complex spreadsheets
Purchasing decisions may also be involved
Producing despatch paperwork for customer requirement
Focussed on data entry, spreadsheet maintenance, report preparation and analysis to monitor stock levels
Looking for cost saving opportunities

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATES FOR THIS VACANCY:

Experience of Microsoft Office packages
Accurate and quick typing skills
Strong analytical skills
Interest in purchasing and scheduling
Ability to prioritise, plan and organise work
Strong attention to detail
Good verbal communication skills
WORKING HOURS:
37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday - business hours
£15,000 per annum
