Fantastic opportunities exist for talented New Homes Sales Advisors to join a leading construction company building prestigious new homes.


Basic salary of up to £22,000 per annum
OTE £40,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities
*Generate reports of enquirers from the database enquiry system and any other available sources. Make contact with each enquirer to qualify their level of interest and current property situation/affordability and, at all times throughout the sales process, sell the features and benefits of the product and lifestyle.
*Evaluate the needs of potential customers/third parties and match with available product and gain the customers' commitment to buy by securing a reservation on an available plot.
*Follow up each enquiry by telephone, no later than 3 days after initial contact and maintain contact as appropriate encouraging customers to make an appointment.
*Set up appointments to visit prospective customers/third parties at their home or other appropriate public place, ensuring that you have all required sales aids to hand prior to attending appointments e.g. development plans, flat plans, testimonials, brochures, etc.
*Arranging the valuations for the customers property and presenting the valuations to the customer, for part exchange or to arrange getting the customers OPOM
*Ensure that there is a seamless handover between the Sales Executive and the Customer Support Executive after confirmed reservation.
*Inform the Area Sales Manager of any competitor activities that come to light and scan local newspapers for such information.

The Person
*Previous sales experience is a pre-requisite, preferably gained in a similar environment.
*Experience of working in an Estate Agency or new house builder would be a distinct advantage.
Experience of developing and following up leads and enquiries within timescales.
*Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
*Tenacious and results driven, able to use own initiative, think outside the box, multitask and work to multiple deadlines.
*Knowledge of the conveyancing process.
*Customer relationship and Customer service focused, empathetic, patient and understanding of differing needs and priorities of others.
