Job Description

We are looking for an Office Manager to join our client's office based in Coalville.
This is a permanent position with full time hours, Paying £35,000 - £45,000 per annum

*Monday-Friday 08.00 - 17.00
*Permanent position
*£35,000 - £45,000 per annum
*On-site parking
*Training is provided

You will be joining a leading manufacturing company with sites across the UK, you will be managing and supervising the office based in Coalville.
Duties will include:
*Supervising the internal sales & administrative functions
*Delegating work to staff and managing their workload and output
*Ensuring adequate staff levels to cover for absences
*Responding to customer enquiries and complaints
*Supervise/arrange switchboard and front desk (hatch) cover
*Provide assistance in production reporting and planning
*Attend meetings and minute accordingly
*Managing performance and disciplining staff
*To produce various reports for Management
*To provide general administrative support to on-site and head office management on a daily basis, as well as any other support required for day to day operations in factory
*Ensure that work areas are maintained in a clean and tidy state
*Ensure compliance with the Company's policies
*Observe and comply with all good working practices within the office

The ideal candidate would possess the following skills:
*Degree level qualification in a relevant University course
*English & Maths GCSE (or equivalent) at grade C or above
*3 years' experience in a senior managerial role
*Excellent experience of all Microsoft Office applications
*Ability to supervise and manage staff
*Be a highly motivated individual with initiative, self-confidence, and the drive and ability to work under their own direction or within a team of professionals to achieve optimum results
*Promote change effectively and ensure that changes are delivered in line with organisational goals
*Identify and implement training and personal development
*Ability to manage a number of tasks concurrently and to tight deadlines in a fast paced environment
*Ability to problem solve with a proactive approach with the ability to adapt style and approach to achieve effective outcomes
*Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise work
*Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
*Ability to delegate
*Effective telephone manner
*Ability to work flexibly with a "can-do" attitude
*Ability to work confidentially and to treat issues with sensitivity
*Ability to work to a high level of accuracy
*Demonstrate commercial awareness
*A willingness to undertake training as required
