Regional Recruitment Services are recruiting for an Office Manager / Head Of Sales to work on a permanent contract with a leading Mirfield based financial specialist. As an Office Manager / Head Of Sales you will be part of a successful B2C operation that offer financial services to new customers. We are looking to attract candidates that are both eager to learn and motivated by success (and high earnings) in a fun and competitive sales environment. To succeed in this role, candidates must embrace the excellent training and have the ability to connect and influence people over the telephone and face to face.
Although not essential, we welcome applications from candidates with experience and abilities that include:
-Some management experience desirable but not essential
-Outstanding listening skills.
-Whole of market experience.
-Competent in using IT and technology systems as you will be expected to accurately record all sales.
-CeMAP or equivalent.
-Mortgage Advising experience.
-Resilience. This is a challenging sales position that requires you to be equally positive confident and engaging with each potential client.
-Experience of working towards sales and compliance targets.
-Understanding and application of TCF.
-Good organisation skills.
-Working knowledge of DPA and client confidentiality.
-Knowledge of AML and fraud reporting procedures.
-Maintain CPD in line with FCA requirements.
-Shows commitment to ensuring excellence in customer service.
-High level of professionalism, enthusiasm and motivation.
-Ability to work within a team and foster positive working relationships.
-Demonstrate perseverance when faced with challenging situations.
SCOPE OF ROLE
-To give advice to clients of the firm on matters financial within the confines of the regulatory frame work.
-Offer support to the sales team.
-To ensure clients receive suitable advice in line with their needs and objectives.
-To act with honesty and integrity in all dealings with clients, and persons connected with the firm.
-To produce written evidence of activities as required by the Firm and the Regulator.
-To maintain your professional knowledge.
-To report any matters arising to the Compliance Officer or Money Laundering Reporting Officer immediately on discovery.
-To at all times adhere to the Firm's internal compliance and work standards procedures.
