A leading household brand is currently on the lookout for a number of motivated sales advisors to join their growing team based in Loughborough. The position would be the perfect opportunity for individuals who: thrive in a sales environment, have great customer service and are target driven.

This is as secure, full time, permanent position, offering a competitive basic salary with an OTE of £30,000 per annum!


*£17,500 basic with OTE Circa £30K

The purpose of the role is to convert sales leads through proactive outbound campaigns in an attempt to gain repeat business and upsell products. You will be required to tailor packages to meet the customer's individual requirements and provide outstanding customer service whilst doing so.

Other duties will include:

*Increasing sales productivity
*Updating of the in-house CRM systems accurately
*Organisation of own diary to book in calls
*Meeting and exceeding achievable targets


Due to the nature of this role, the ideal candidate will have the following skills:

*Previous experience in a sales environment
*The ability to work on their own initiative in order to achieve the set requirements.
*Show self-motivation and have the necessary drive to achieve the best results.
*Be a team player and feel comfortable in communicating with work colleagues.
*Have a positive and outgoing manner, but with an ability to take control of a situation.
*Recognise the potential to maximise cross-selling opportunities
*High attention to detail.
*Show good organisation skills in order to manage customer's accounts.
*Be reliable and trustworthy, as the role requires dealing with customers' personal information.
