Job Description

SALES ADVISOR
No experience necessary as full training, support and development is provided to successful candidates. A leading household brand is currently on the lookout for a number of sales advisors across the East Midlands. The Sales Advisor role is based in Loughborough and offers a very competitive basic salary with an OTE of CIRCA £30k.

THE ROLE
The purpose of the role is to convert sales leads through proactive outbound campaigns in an attempt to gain repeat and grow new business. To achieve this it is the sales advisors role to explore the needs of the customer, so that we can offer the customer a tailored package that meets the customer's individual requirements, other tasks involve:
*Increasing sales productivity
*Updating of the in-house CRM systems
*Organisation of own diary to book in calls
*Meeting and exceeding achievable targets

*Show good organisation skills in order to manage customer's accounts.
*Be reliable and trustworthy, as the role requires dealing with customers' personal information.
