PA/Administrator
An exciting opportunity exists for a PA/Administrator within a growing company based in Loughborough.

BENEFITS:
Salary £19,000 - £22,000 per annum depending on experience

Working in a fast paced environment with an allocated customer base, the candidate will be dealing with incoming calls, accurately processing orders in a timely fashion, and looking after their allocated customers whilst maintaining excellent customer service.

DUTIES INVOLVED IN THIS VACANCY:
*Diary & inbox management for the CEO
*Liaising with stakeholders and interested parties in connection with the CEO and the Sigma business
*Organising Board Meetings & Minute Taking
*Proof reading and basic document production for company presentations and reports
*Expenses/credit cards record keeping and submission
*Basic Budgeting and organising of CEO /company wide events
*General executive assistant duties to support the day to day running of the business

THE CANDIDATE:
*Previous experience of working within PA or Secretarial role
*Strong time management, planning skills and the ability to multi-task
*Excellent telephone manner
*IT literate
*Be discrete and trustworthy
