If you have strong customer service skills paired with the desire to progress within an office based role, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. We are working in partnership with one of the UK's most prestigious and well recognised organisations within the financial services sector and currently have up to 5 opportunities for people to join our team on either an ongoing temporary basis or fixed term contract.
- Working in a fast paced Contact Centre environment dealing with web chat enquiries
- Working on a shift basis covering Monday - Friday 5:00pm - 9:00pm plus weekend work
- This role will involve a large amount of administration, predominantly responding to current and potential clients through the web chat function.
Full training will be provided as well as the opportunity to learn about other parts of the process to enable you to progress your career
*Ideally you will have previous experience within Customer Services or office based work although candidates with a genuine desire to progress within this environment will still be considered
*Excellent communication skills are highly beneficial
*Must be a strong team player and happy to work within a fast paced environment
*Please note, successful candidates will be required to pass a Credit Check, CRB and reference check due to working in the Financial sector
*Ongoing temporary and Fixed Term Contracts available with one of the UK's most reputable employers. These positions may become permanent however this is not guaranteed
*Starting salary of £16,670 per annum pro rata (£8.66p per hour)
