PART TIME PAYROLL ASSISTANT

We are currently recruiting for a Payroll Assistant for a specialist Tax Advisor located in the Coalville area. The ideal candidate will thrive in a small office environment, have previous payroll experience and will need to have great initiative.
This role is a permanent, part time position, preferably working - Monday, Tuesday and Friday, 24 hours per week.

BENEFITS:

-Great hourly pay rate paying £10.00-£11.00 per hour.
-General office working hours (9:00-17:00)

KEY DUTIES:

-Calculate employee income and national insurance taxes in a timely manner.
-To comply with confidentiality laws to maintain employee and customer confidence at all times.
-Run construction industry scheme alongside the payroll duties for all Construction clients.
-Successfully maintain payroll information by collecting, calculating and entering data accurately.
-Create summary reports of earnings, taxes, deductions etc.
-Resolve payroll queries and issues by collecting and analysing data.
-Speak to customers over the telephone and by email to answer any payroll questions or requests
-Communicate with stakeholders to obtain and deliver important information.
-Maintain and build great relationships with all Customers.

THE CANDIDATE

-Accurate and thorough when entering data
-Analytically minded
-Great attention to detail
-Previous experience with using a Financial software
-High standard of both verbal and written communication and numerical skills.
