An exciting opportunity exists to join the Payroll team in a leading company based in Coalville. The role is a 12month fix term contract to cover maternity leave.
Salary £18,000 - £20,000 (depending on experience)
Full time position 37.5 hours

DUTIES INVOLVED IN THIS VACANCY:
*Working with Northgate Arinso Payroll system
*Processing of employee changes
*Manage weekly & monthly submissions from department managers (e.g. overtime, deductions, expenses, work patterns, absences etc)
*Administration of the self-service system
*Issuing communications to employees and assisting with queries
*Work closely with the HR department, Recruitment team and the wider Finance team
*Ensuring processes, procedures, manuals and user guides are up to date
*Prior knowledge of payroll systems preferred but not essential
*Microsoft excel / word
*Payroll administration experience preferred
*Effective communication skills
*Data entry skills
This position will be subject to a basic Disclosures and Barring Service check (DBS).
