Physical Logistics Co-Ordinator - Bristol (40 hours per week - £10.00 per hour - Temp to Perm)
Regional Recruitment Services are currently recruiting on behalf of a prestigous automotive brand who are currently searching for a Physical Logistics Co-Ordinator. This is a Temporary to Permanent Position working for a fantastic company in Filton, Bristol, offering a great rate of pay, and also offering a generous basic salary once made permanent.
The Physical Logistics Coordinator is part of the operational team, who has responsibility for transactions relating to Receipt, Launch and Despatch of materials within the Facility and outside of the facility, whilst also ensuring materials comply with appropriate Inspection Protocols.
As directed by the Physical Logistics Controller the Physical Logistics Coordinator will ensure that goods are received, stored and dispatched accurately and on time.
You will also be required to unload vehicles, locate goods in Warehouse or required area, complete all associated paperwork and load vehicles in accordance with delivery manifests, cross train in all roles to ensure complete cover in all areas of the business remit, liaise with clients regularly to ensure correct flow of work is managed into production areas and complete and manage PPI stock checks on behalf of the client.
On the Job training will be provided but they will require an understanding of computer systems as computer work is the main part of the role.
Duration: Temp to perm (salary £23,000 if progressed to permanent)
Pay Rate: £10.00 ph
Weekly Hours: 40 hours
Hours of Work: Mon-Fri 09:30-18:00 (30 mins lunch)

Unload vehicles and ensure goods tally with goods received note(s).
Compete all applicable goods paperwork and pass to Warehouse office for entry into stock control system.
Move goods to designated warehouse or site location as directed by Warehouse Supervisor.
Pick goods from Warehouse and storage locations and marshall in loading area or deliver to designated area.
Load vehicles in accordance with delivery manifest; ensuring load contents are logged and passed to Warehouse office for processing
Use of required MHE in accordance with supplied training.
Complete reasonable requested tasks from Controller to ensure the site operates safely and in accordance with site SLA's, KPI's, SWI's and WI's.
Complete transactions relating to Receipt, Launch and Despatch of materials within the Facility, whilst also ensuring materials comply with appropriate Inspection Protocols.
Important: Applicants will need a valid Counterbalance Fork Lift Licence refreshed in the last 3 years minimum 1 years' experience (preferable), also a Reach Fork Lift licence would be an asset but not essential.
Applicants will need to be a British National due to MOD and JSF work in this facility.
Applicants will need a UK driving licence held for a minimum of 12 months with max 3 points (preferable)
DBS/CRC Check completed (this can be crossed charged by agency)
