We are recruiting a Production Administrator for one of the UK's largest sub contract engineering suppliers. This is an excellent opportunity to join an organisation that are enjoying continued and sustained growth. Reporting directly to the Production Manager you will enjoy great autonomy on this role together with genuine prospects for progression. This role is based close to Leicester City Centre.
Circa £18,000 to £20,000 per annum depending upon experience
20 days annual leave plus statutory holidays

40 hours per week Monday to Friday (08.00 to 16.00)
DUTIES INVOLVED IN THIS VACANCY:
Input and manage sales orders from customers
Assist with raising Work orders utilising the MRP system
Promptly raise sales order acknowledgements
Work closely with the management team to assist with the prompt delivery of orders to meet customer demands
Work with the shop floor to manage the flow of finished goods through to dispatch
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATES FOR THIS VACANCY:
Previous experience in a similar administrative role ideally from a manufacturing environment
IT literate with experience of MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Able to follow specific work instructions accurately and reliably
Excellent communication skills with a good eye for detail
Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
