An exciting opportunity for a exists for a Project Manager to join a well-established, dynamic and rapidly growing company based near Coalville. This is a fantastic career opportunity for someone with experience of Sales & Operations within the commercial and industrial interiors sector.
This position has the potential to provide a career path to Director level for the right individual.
Basic salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum
28 days holiday (inc bank hol)

DUTIES INVOLVED IN THIS VACANCY:
*You will be involved with every aspect of the business from design and quote stage through negotiating and winning the sale and the execution and fulfillment of the completed project.
*The successful candidate will be working closely with the Managing Director developing new and existing clients and increasing sales as part of a five year growth plan.
*You will propose innovative solutions in respect of design, materials and methods in all aspects of construction.
*Specific Responsibilities to maintain a journal of events, meetings, conversations of all key project decisions.
*You will need to "hit the ground running" and be outstanding as both an individual performer and as a dedicated team player.
*Demonstrable experience in a similar project management role
*A proven track record of success & achievements in previous role
* Detailed experience in the contracts /commercial refurbishment and fit- out industry.
*IOSH qualification in Health and Safety as a minimum
*You will need to be proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel & Project.
*Experience in AutoCAD or similar design software will be an advantage
*Excellent literacy, numeracy and surveying skills.
*A great personality and the ability to communicate at all levels.
*An in-depth knowledge of the main product ranges within the commercial interiors sector.
*The successful person will need to be committed to the cause, willing to "live and breath" the project to ensure its success!
