Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Administrator for a well-known business based in Morley, Leeds. You will need to have some similar experience, be driven and hardworking. This is working on a temporary ongoing basis, Monday - Friday, business hours (37.5 hours per week).


* Posting company vacancies on relevant job boards
* Data Input and keeping the system up to date
* Working with different departments to implement attraction to roles
* Manage the 'refer a friend' process
* Complete Audits on a regular basis
* Provide progress reports
* Deal with candidate queries both by email and on the phone


* Experience in a similar position and environment
* Strong communication skills
* Highly organised, with good time management skills
* Able to use Microsoft Office packages especially Excel
* Willingness to learn new systems
* Keen attention to detail
