Job Description

RECRUITMENT ADMINISTRATOR - PROFESSIONAL SERVICES DIVISION
Basic Salary £12,275 - £16,300 + monthly bonus + transparent basic salary annual review + fantastic career progression
The Recruitment Administrator will play a key role in supporting our professional services division with payroll and recruitment support.

DUTIES INVOLVED IN THIS VACANCY:
*Set up and maintain client, candidate, job and placement records on RDB.
*Send & chase weekly timesheets.
*Produce self-bill invoices from 3rd party portals and chase 'client own' time-sheets
*Data input working hours to be paid & charged
*Produce new starter list and send to our accounts department
*Produce a validation for the manager to sign off for pay and bill purposes
*Receive holiday and P45 requests from candidates
*Communicate holiday and P45 requests with consultants and managers
*Administer authorised holidays on RDB and request payment from our accounts department
*Send out permanent invoices to our clients (with cc for our accounts department and directors)
*Check right to work documentation and placement compliance for new temp starters
*Make scheduled customer service calls & send out scheduled emails to candidates working on temp placements
*Make scheduled customer service calls & send out scheduled emails to candidates placed into permanent employment
*Act as the first point of contact to candidates raising payroll queries
*Act as the primary administrator in the event of an internal, client or 3rd party compliance audit
*Provide pre-placement resourcing and admin support to consultants managing multiple hire recruitment campaigns upon request from the Manager

THE CANDIDATE:
*Good IT skills and competency in Microsoft Office
*Ability to work efficiently without close supervision
*Experience of general office procedures
*Good communication skills & telephone manner
*Ability to make a positive contribution to a team
