Ambitious, Expanding, Forward thinking. Are these some of the attributes you have and wish your current Company had? Well my client is all three of those and more, they are looking for a Sales Administrator to match the companies Ambition and growth.
The successful candidate is expected to be highly proficient administrator and a proven track record in sales administration, with excellent attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills is essential as you will be liaising with suppliers and customers.
*Holiday: Initially 21 days (excluding bank holidays); increasing by 1 day per annum for every year served to a maximum of 25 days
*Dealing with and responding to incoming enquires via telephone and email
*Follow through on sales leads with potential and existing customer, building and improving relationships.
*Liaising with suppliers & customers across the globe offering outstanding customer service
*Raising purchase orders, and tracking orders and products inwards (land and sea).
*Sending out quotations to potential and existing customers if necessary.
*Implement email campaigns to customer segments via MailChimp .
*Processing sales orders online and direct accurately and efficiently, arranging carriage /delivery with couriers and logistics providers.
*Implement and develop excellent administrative process and practice.
*Research and manage databases and keep CRM up to date.
*Checking and ensuring pricing is up to date
*Handle and resolve customer concerns, order process and account enquiries and complaints or returns should they arise.
*Arranging dispatch of parts and components to global customers
*Supporting the team with general operations to help reach the team's objectives.
Skills and Experience
*Experience in working in an administrative role, ideally within a customer service or sales environment
*Extremely organized, with the ability to prioritize work, maintain confidentiality, accuracy and work to tight deadlines.
*Desire to offer strong customer service
*Ability to take on new technical information
*Good IT skills with experience of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
*Effective communication & interpersonal skills and also demonstrate sound sales techniques whilst maintaining a professional attitude
*Willingness to help in other duties
