We are looking for a Sales Administrator to join our clients growing team in Dudley. If you like working in a fast paced office environment, then this role could be what you are looking for.
This is a temp-perm basis, paying £8 per hour, which will increase after 12 weeks, Full time hours, Monday-Friday
*40 hours a week
*£8 ph which will increase up to £8.65 ph
*Monday - Friday, 8am - 4.30pm
The candidate will be responsible for the Sales Administration within this company, this is a very successful company whose services cover the UK, the portfolio of clients includes some huge household names, some of the duties will include:
*Checking contract renewal dates & reissuing of contracts to existing Customers
*Maintain customer database
*Input details into the system accurately
*Cross selling products and services when necessary
*Chase outstanding contracts not yet received
*Typing of reports as directed, in a timely manner
*Cold calling lapsed clients
*All general Administration duties
The ideal candidate for this role would possess the following skills:
*Previous Sales Administration experience would be advantageous
*Computer literate with Microsoft office experience
*Knowledge of ElOG / SimPRO would be beneficial
*Organised and efficient
*Excellent customer service skills and telephone manner
*Attention to detail
*Ability to adapt to change and work within a fast paced Office
