A career developing opportunity has arisen for a Sales and Marketing Manager to join a leading firm based in North-West Leicester to drive the business forward through a combination of sales and marketing activities. The Sales and Marketing Manager will receive unrivalled support from the Director to make necessary changes to the business to ensure that they are positioned competitively within the market at all times.


£28.5k basic (+discretionary annual bonus)

The role of the Sales and Marketing Manager encompasses a wide range of tasks and is a key hire for the firm. Already highly successful in their selected field the firm is looking to build on this by implementing a Sales and Marketing Manager in to the office to drive the business and lead from the front through a wide range of activities that includes the following:

*Proactively developing key accounts and increasing sales within these
*Developing new clients through business to business sales activities
*Help to redesign the website and other marketing activities
*Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) Analysis
*Managing a team of 7 within the offices (mixture of customer service, accounts, sales)
*Attending trade shows when requested

The role is highly varied and a strong personality is required to become a successful Sales and Marketing Manager, the company is positioned extremely well to enable someone to come in and really make a difference and boost sales in both the short and long term.
