A well-established organization with clients that span the globe is looking to recruit an experienced Sales co-ordinator in Ruislip. Our client is a leading supplier of luxury goods to most of the world's leading hotel Group's and luxury clients.
The company you will be working for is responsible for the design and produce of all their own products, and this is an ideal role for a creative individual with an interest product design and a passion for luxury, and of course with a great level of experience in Customer service and working in a Sales environment. You will be able to provide a professional and efficient service to all the clients whether it be processing an order, working closely with other areas of the business, or dealing with any issues that may arise.
*Starting salary up to £25,000 per annum (depending on experience)
*Corporate bonus scheme
*22 days holiday plus bank holidays
Responsibilities / Duties:
*Providing quotes that come into the company via the website or Phone calls.
*Processing sales from start to finish;
*Working closely with procurement, product design and transport departments to meet the needs of clients
*Checking in with clients once product has been delivered.
*Dealing with any issues in a fast and efficient way.
*Developing a relationship with clients and understanding their business
*The ability to go the extra mile for clients
*Fantastic Sales and Customer Service skills
*Excellent verbal and oral communication skills
*An understanding of bespoke and luxury items
