SALES CO-ORDINATOR

A well-established organisation with clients that span the globe is looking to recruit an experienced Sales Co-Ordinator in Ruislip. Our client is a leading supplier of luxury goods to a variety of leading hotel group's and high end clients.

The company you will be working for is responsible for the design and production of all their own products. This is an ideal role for a creative individual with an interest in product design and a passion for luxury, and of course with a great level of experience in Customer service, Administration and working in a Sales environment.

This role is being offered on a full time, permanent basis, working Monday-Friday core office hours.

THE BENEFITS

*Starting salary up to £25,000 per annum (depending on experience)

THE DUTIES

*Taking initial order enquiries from new and existing customers
*Providing quotes and processing orders
*Looking after the customers journey from start to finish
*Working closely and liaising with procurement, product design and transport departments to meet the needs of clients
*Checking in with clients once product has been delivered to make sure they are satisfied
*Up-selling additional products
*Dealing with any issues in a fast and efficient way

THE CANDIDATE

*Previous Account Management, Sales Co-Ordination experience or similar
*The ability to go the extra mile for customers
*Excellent verbal and oral communication skills
*Strong customer service skills
*An understanding of bespoke and luxury items
