Job Description

We are currently looking to recruit Sales Consultants for our clients rapidly growing team based in Hinckley. If you are looking at working in a fast paced and diverse office environment, then we want to hear from you! In return you will be offered a full time, permanent position with a basic salary from £18,000 - £25,000 per annum with a generous commission package.
*Full time, Permanent position
*£18,000 - £25,000 per annum OTE £35,000 with uncapped commission
*Rotated shift basis, consisting of early and late's between the hours of 8am-7.30pm
*5 days out of 7
*Pension contribution
*Generous commission structure and bonus scheme
*On-site parking
*Full on-going training and support
You will be responsible for providing the customers with a top class experience from the first phone call. This is an office based role with a growing team, you will be taking inbound calls from customers as well as responding to emails and returning missed calls. Other duties will include:
*Providing excellent customer service
*Consulting with the customer to find the ideal product, highlighting the benefits of the product and the company.
*Offering the customer different finance options and insurance packages
*Booking appointments for customers to meet with an executive to try the product before they buy
*Taking payments and deposits over the telephone
*Responding to emails
*Working as part of a team at all times
The ideal candidate for this role would possess the following skills:
*Fantastic customer service skills
*Previous customer service experience, either F2F or over the telephone is advantageous
*Motivated and a team player
*Willing to commit to training and coaching throughout your career
*Good IT skills
*Excellent communication skills
*KPI driven and self-motivated
