An exciting opportunity exists for a Sales Manager within a growing company based in Hinckley.

Basic Salary of up to £55,000 per annum
OTE £70,000 per annum

This is aa great opportunity working for a multi-award winning company that is currently enjoying phenomenal success and growth. The business is predominantly an internet based business, receiving customer enquiries via the internet and phone.

*Manage the sales team to achieve agreed sales and related K.P.I targets. You must be a highly effective, organised and motivated sales manager who can demonstrate a high level of success in achieving sales and building great teams
*To help build an award winning team of professional sales people, always ensuring we a full team in place to maximise revenue opportunities & using rostering skills to keep costs within agreed budgetary levels
*Support existing and create new practices to effectively manage & improve the people management performance of the Sales Team Managers reporting directly into you
*Help support and create a career path to provide team members with a path to progress
*Take responsibility to motivate and inspire your team through excellent communication, effective planning, performance and people management and to push people out of their comfort zones
*Support, promote and contribute to an effective product training programme which is relevant and delivers measurable success to the teams
*Attend senior management meeting and supply necessary reports as and when required. Challenge senior management constructively, thinking always of new ideas and methods to improve our business.
*Constantly promote and be the best ambassador you can for the UK Flooring Direct brand

*Experience of creating and implementing a structured sales process
*Experience of successfully delivering coaching seminars to sales agents
*Experience of developing staff potential
*Producing and interpreting MI for company directors
*Experience of managing a sales focused call centre would be desirable however all
strong sales managers will be considered.
