We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Team Leader to join a growing team and help drive the company forward. The role is based in Loughborough. This role is to lead, mentor and motivate a team of Contact Centre Executives to achieve set targets. Working 11am - 8pm Monday - Thursday 10.30am- 4.30pm Friday OR Saturday, working a one in three Saturday basis.
Basic Salary of £20,000 per annum
Generous commission structure OTE £35,000+

DUTIES INVOLVED IN THIS VACANCY:
*To lead a team by motivating and engaging individuals to deliver high performance results against KPIs, new product sales and quality metrics
*To promote and deliver a positive working environment, engaging individuals to adapt to change driving a continuous improvement culture, with effective communication and individuals participation
*Facilitate effective coaching and development of the team, focusing on skills gaps, support and adopting the best practice coaching techniques aligned to the sales principles
*Effective talent management, succession planning and resource planning
*To conduct performance management reviews of the team and individuals in line with company processes, with regular 121s, securing individuals commitment, setting clear expectations
*Measuring and monitoring behaviours and clearly documenting and following up action plans
*To support the execution of campaigns, lead generation and prospect data to deliver agreed conversion rates, taking proactive actions to address any adverse variances
*Identify and recommend areas of operational and regulatory risk, greater efficiency, process improvement, development of systems and improved customer retention
*Ability to motivate, develop and coach people within a contact centre sales function
*Strong communication and articulation skills
*A career record that shows outstanding delivery against targets
