An exciting opportunity exists for a Senior Contracts Manager to join a leading IT Solutions company based in Nottingham.
Basic Salary £40,000 - £50,000 per annum

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who will be responsible for managing a contract book of c.800 contracts, ensuring that revenue is maximized and that the end to end customer experience is best in class.
DUTIES INVOLVED IN THIS VACANCY:
*Ensure that contracts are renewed and up-sold either through a combination of self and (Sales) Account Managers, maximizing margin and revenue.
*Work with senior managers across the business to introduce a more commercial approach to contract management.
*Work with Go to Market to ensure that there are clear and consistent product and service descriptions leading to greater consistency in contracts.
*Ensure contracts are on-boarded efficiently to deliver a high quality customer experience.
*Continually review and improve end to end processes to, ensuring that they are designed to maximize sales revenue, increase the speed of sale and deliver high quality customer experience.
*Ensure contract database has a complete and accurate record of all services that should be delivered to customers.
*Ensure that revenue is complete through alignment of contracts database with financial records.
*Ensure systems are in place to automate contract management processes where appropriate and drive improved sales and increased commerciality across the business.
*Develop appropriate reporting across contracts portfolio to demonstrate sales performance, renewal success, contract management performance, SLA performance and customer experience.
*Ensure all contracts are renewed on a timely basis.
*For each contract identify opportunities to up-sell by extending existing services or introducing new services.
*Provide support to (Sales) Account Managers to ensure new contract values are maximized, managing requests for pricing, providing input to tenders and preparing schedules for contract documentation.
*Experience of operating in a commercial role is essential.
*Deep experience of Contract Management.
*Sales experience is essential.
*Deep experience of working in a Customer facing environment.
*Used to operating in a matrix management environment.
*Track record of developing and implementing of systems and processes.
*Background in technical industry is essential.
*Understanding of IT industry and in particular M&E would be advantageous.
