Job Description

We are looking for Travel Advisors to join our clients rapidly expanding sales team in Leicester
If you like working in a fast paced office and have a passion for travel and tourism, we want you in our client's team! In return you will be offered a full time, permanent position, basic salary is £15,000 - £17,000 per annum with commission and some fantastic company benefits!
*Full time, Permanent position
*Rotated Shift basis, 9.30 am - 6pm / 11.30am - 8pm
*28 days' holiday (inc bank holidays)
*£15,000 - £17,000 basic salary OTE £21,000
*Uncapped Commission
*Overtime available

This is a fast paced and varied role, you will be the face of the company, meeting customers, assessing their requirements and finding the perfect holiday, you will also be required to proactively follow up customer interest via email or telephone. Other duties will include:
*Ensure that all customer information is captured accurately and the in house database is kept up to date
*Creating and booking tailor fitted holiday packages
*Providing excellent customer service at all times
*Working towards your personal KPI targets and exceeding these where possible
*Proactively seeking sales opportunities at all times
*Take inbound calls, respond to emails and make calls to potential customers as well as meeting and greeting customers that pop into the shop floor
*Adhering to company policies and procedures

Our ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
*Customer service / Sales / Hospitality background is advantageous
*Ability to work in fast paced and varied role
*Willing to commit to 4-week training programme and ongoing coaching
*KPI driven
*Will have a keen interest in travel and tourism
*Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team
*Excellent communication skills
*IT literate
